ВЛИЯНИЕ ФАКТОРОВ ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЫ НА РАЗВИТИЕ КЕРАТОКОНУСА

Актуальность. Кератоконус – это заболевание с разнообразной этиологией, характеризующееся истончением стромы роговицы, патогенез которого в основном связан со сложным взаимодействием генетической предрасположенности и факторов окружающей среды. Распространённость заболевания значительно варьирует в зависимости от страны и географического региона. Цель исследования. Целью данной работы является изучение роли факторов окружающей среды в развитии кератоконуса на примере анализа литературы и исследований. Материалы и методы. Для исследования были собраны данные из монографий и научных статей, посвящённых кератоконусу, которые были систематически проанализированы. Результаты и выводы. Кератоконус – мультифакторное заболевание, развитие которого чаще всего определяется взаимодействием наследственной предрасположенности и факторов окружающей среды. Распространённость заболевания значительно различается между странами и географическими регионами. В этих различиях важную роль играют этническое происхождение и браки между родственниками.
